Tracey Harkness - Director
Tracey has worked in the education sector for 10 years in a wide range of tutoring roles both in New Zealand and the Middle East, specialising in Business Studies. She completed her Commerce degree at Victoria University, later obtaining a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies from the University of Waikato. Tracey is currently finishing her MBA through Deakin University.
Prior to working in the Middle East Tracey was a Senior Tutor, focusing on the New Zealand Diploma in Business and Bachelor of Management, at the Bay of Plenty Polytechnic. During that time she also completed several qualifications in adult learning and assessment, including work place assessor. Upon leaving formal employment in 2010, Tracey established her own business TMH Solutions Ltd, successfully contracting to organisations, including Indigo Pacific. She became a director of Indigo Pacific in 2011.
Tracey’s main area of expertise is business education; she also has proficiency in programme development, moderation, development of teaching and learning materials and education resource materials. She has worked and travelled throughout many countries and is dedicated to student success and enjoyment.
Rika Milne – Director

Rika has close to two decades experience in education including ten years in the tertiary sector teaching marine and environment related subjects. Rika has a multi-disciplined background and her qualifications include a B A and M Sc (hons) in Natural Resource Management.
Rika established her own business and began contracting to organisations in 2003. Indigo Pacific grew from this contracting business and was formally registered in 2006. Rika is a former director of Arahanga Associates – a company that specialises in tertiary projects. Through Indigo Pacific Ltd, Rika still works in partnership with Arahanga Associates to build pathways to excellence in the New Zealand tertiary education sector.
Rika’s areas of expertise include: curriculum design and education resource development; education related research; curriculum development and programme document writing; project management; and, science and environment related education.
